Responsibilities include: · Work with HR Operations teams to ensure high levels of process compliance and data integrity. · Partner with HR Leadership Teams and key stakeholders to ensure consistency of approach towards driving Baxter's HR business objectives · Manage initiatives to drive operational excellence, including six sigma and other approaches across HR Operations · Drive required changes and process improvements to align with global HR activities to meet HR Operations objectives and goals · Develop and manage metrics (HR Dashboard and Key Performance Indicators) and communicate performance against service levels; strive for continuous improvement in results across the organization · Effectively represent regional HR operations internally and externally in the marketplace Job Requirements: The candidate we seek will have a degree plus 5 years of human resource operations experiences. Additional requirements include: · Strong leadership, communications, and consulting skills · Relationship Management at all levels.
