Job Description: Requirements:HR Transformation Managers consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies. Managers lead and deliver large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients. They are responsible for developing, maintaining and growing client relationships and leading project teams from planning through execution. Required Skills: - At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 4 people on large scale, complex Human Capital Transformation engagements. - At least 3 years of experience in the areas of HR business process design, HR service delivery strategy, HR outsourcing advisory, and/or shared service center design and implementation coupled with HR systems selection. - At least 3 years of consulting experience, internal or external. - At least 1 year of experience assisting in the business development process (Orals, proposals, add-on work, or new business development). - Bachelors Degree. - Ability to travel 8Firm-1FirmFirm% of the time.Preferred Skills: - At least one year of large-scale, external consulting experience. - Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team. - Experience managing day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. - Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. - Project management experience - Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career. - Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel. - At least 1 year of experience as a coach and/or counselor to junior staff members.
