Job Description:
The Director of Human Resources will report to the Vice President, Human Resources and be responsible for managing, directing, and controlling all of the day-to-day human resources functions at the Phoenix Children\'s Hospital organization. Serving as the strategic partner to the Vice President, Human Resources and the senior team, the Director of Human Resources will assist senior management, directors, managers, and others at all levels of the organization with human resources related issues and be viewed as a valued resource to all. Requirements The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor\'s Degree with Business Related or Human Resources and/or Psychology major required. A Master\'s Degree in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development would also be appropriate and desirable. A minimum of eight years of human resources experience with five years in a managerial responsibility is required; healthcare experience is helpful but not required. In addition, the ideal candidate will have keenly developed human resources skills and excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
