Responsibilities include employee relations, benefits, compensation, training coordination, budget preparation, unemployment claims management, safety & labor compliance and providing human resource consultation to program managers. This is a full-time position that reports to the CEO and will participate as an active member of the senior leadership team. 4-year degree in Human Resource Management or related field is required, Master's preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience in supervising human resources generalist functions is required. Extensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations is required. Prior experience in non-profit or human services preferred. The Brien Center has provided licensed mental health and substance abuse services to the Berkshire County region for more than 5Firm years.
