Job Description:
The Manager is required to work closely with Ceridian Managed Payroll Services to execute an accurate and on time payroll run. The Manager team is also responsible for identifying opportunities to implement technical solutions, or process changes that improve the accuracy of the payroll process and reduce the manual effort or cycle time required to process payroll. Manage 8-1Firm technical resources responsible for all data movement in support of HRO 's payroll processing for our clients. Manage 8-1Firm technical resources responsible for providing end to end client solutions support for the Ceridian core applications and the 3rd party applications that are part of the client solution. This includes case management process in support of Level 2 application support. Develop training plans to assure skill levels are maintained across all modules of the client solutions. This includes working with 3rd party vendors. Develop procedures for engaging 3rd party technical support when a case can not be closed by the Ceridian Level 2 support team. Provide User acceptance Testing activities for implementation projects. Oversee the documentation, transition and operations for interface processing moved to the Mauritius off-shore team. Assure proper back up and operations capacity for successful processing.
