This position is responsible for the development of supporting Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DODAF) operational/system/technical processes as depicted in DODAF artifacts. Candidate must be familiar with Intelligence Community and Joint Staff Capabilities Based-Assessment & Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) processes to include the development of capabilities documentation such as JCDs, ICDs, CDDs, CPDs, and DCRs; and have familiarity with the IC/DoD requirements vetting processes (i.e. MRB/JROC). Candidate shall incorporate customer recommendations and requests as appropriate and will have extensive customer interaction with the appropriate level management as well as external customers/users.
Responsibilities:
 Candidate must possess outstanding written and oral communication skills.
 Leads, defines, and executes various requirement/capability tasks assisting project managers, technical leads, & management in the execution of requirements/capabilities development.
 Activities may consist of research, analysis, planning, business process modeling, capacities assessment planning, and benchmarking.
 Responsibilities include participation in the project reviews, technical /operational meetings, generation of formal presentations, and maintenance of thorough and accurate documentation of requirements/capabilities and architecture documents.
Necessary Requirements:
 Experience with DODAF AV, OV, SV, and TV artifact & process development.
 Experience with JCIDS JCD/ICD/CDD/CPD/DCR process development.
 Experience with the IC/DoD Capabilities Based-Assessment & Architecture vetting processes.
 Experience with Analysis of Alternatives, Functional Needs Analysis, Functional Area Analysis, and Functional Solutions Analysis process development.
