Job Description: Responsible for providing quality service to customers via phone in support of our cable, high speed and digital phone products and service in a call center environment. Will answer billing questions. Upgrades and downgrades service for existing customers. Process customers’ payments and solve customer problems within company service policies and guidelines. Handles routine customer service calls, solicits sales of new customers and up-sells services and features to existing customers.
Job Requirements: HS Diploma/ GED, Bilingual A+, Phone skills, Flexible Hours, Customer Service Experience. Must have some kind of Commission Sales, Account Rep, or Client Rep Experience. Must also have verifiable employment history, with all original documents (Social, Certificates, Diploma, etc.)We will only screen applicants who are unemployed.
