Job Description:
We are currently seeking to hire
individuals to handle medical records
research and retrieval.
As the Medical Records Retrieval
Specialist, you will work in a team
environment assisting with the release
of information from hospitals and
clinics across the country, as well as
be responsible for the following:
Retrieval of health information from
designated sources
Point of contact for processing medical
records requests
Provide phone assistance and support to
patients and customers who call to
request or inquire about medical
records requests
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a High
School diploma and at least 1 year of
experience in a life/health insurance
related field, medical office, clinic,
emergency medical, dental, pharmacy or
hospital environment. Candidates with
strong customer service and outbound
telephone experience and/or recent
graduates are encouraged to apply.
Ability to type 40+ WPM and willingness
to learn new computer technologies
required. Ability to communicate
clearly and effectively on the
telephone and excellent data entry
skills are essential. The successful
individual will also possess the
ability to work with little
supervision, think outside the box, be
proactive; goals oriented and have
strong interpersonal skills.
