Job Description:
The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations.
Leads one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint. Typically more experienced than Project Coordinator.
Level 3 - Senior:
• Viewed as having significant expertise in given field.
• Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines in IT.
• Comfortable working in an environment were there are multiple end users of a technical product suite.
• Capable on working with MS Power Point for presentations.
• Comfortable and Proficient with Written communication skills and formal written broadcasts to multiple stakeholders is a requirement.
• Guides the successful completion of major projects and may function in a project leadership role.
• Develops technical solutions to complex problems , which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
• Work is performed without appreciable direction.

Environment:
Project manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of projects which deliver business objectives for Risk Management.
Business objectives include cost savings, revenue generation, and Operational activities and continual improvement efforts.
These are skills that will be a plus for hire in this position.
Work Experience:
• Prior Client experience as PM, Tester, or BSA is a plus.
• Providing end user support of questions and requests for future changes.
• Ability to support other software lifecyles disciplines is a plus.
• Such as training on the products or environment that support your area, gathering requirements or locking scope, coordinating user acceptance testing, and performing release planning.
• Working with a 3rd party vendors is plus.
• The work environment requires a PM who is confident in their skills, has ability to be autonomous, can think of gaps and next steps on their own, and has strong results focus and
