Currently, Chubb is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Masterpiece for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Masterpiece Customer Service Representative processes phone and email requests from both external and internal business partners. The Masterpiece Real Time system and on-line resources support new business quoting and the servicing of established business.
Position Description: Provide professional, comprehensive and accurate service which focuses on the business needs of each customer. Represent Chubb Personal Insurance as a New Business Expert and provide on-going service support to existing policies. Handle a high volume of inbound calls, email requests and customer inquiries in a fast paced environment to contribute to established service goals of the business unit. Utilize the Masterpiece Real Time system and all supporting workflows, reference materials and technology to ensure accuracy and consistency in premium quotes, processes and information. Demonstrate solid product knowledge and soft sales techniques. Initiate and maintain positive business relationships with internal and external customers. Perform various job functions or projects as assigned by team specialists or supervisor.
Job Requirements: Requirements Competencies/Technical Skills: Advanced customer service skills - experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrate principles of telephone etiquette and call management Proactive learner with the ability to work independently Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities Strong basic PC skills including Word and Excel Commitment to quality and accuracy. Typing skills of 35+ words per minute. Ability to work a flexible work schedule if needed.
