Job Description:
We are a 45 member California architectural design firm with a mature 20 year old Studio and recognized in the Top 12 in Silicon Valley, is seeking candidates interested in unique opportunities for professional growth.
If you are a project Manager with a minimum of 6+ years experience interested in an excellent career decision to join our successful studio and grow with us in San Jose, we want to meet you and explore this further.
Responsible for administering all phases of project through construction; has primary responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, planning, design, specification, and working drawings on a given project with authority to direct, control, and monitor all activities.
- Handles multiple tasks under pressure and prioritizes responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage company Architectural Standards & Guidelines
- Manage project document review approval process
- Prospective project planning and programming
- Maintain project document library and historic project information
- Prepare conceptual development plans
- Preconstruction activities and consultant coordination
- Primary contact for company suppliers and vendors

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Construction Management
- Must have the following experience in order to fulfill job responsibilities:
o Architectural, planning and project documentation
o Space planning and programming
o Project scheduling and management of document milestones
o Varied experience in architecture and construction project management
o Construction administration and site experience
o MEP and related building systems
o Code analysis and evaluation
• License Required
• Requires professional registration; must have 6 year’s architectural experience including School Facility Projects.
- Proficient in MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Projects and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM
