This California based Architecture firm provides both architectural and construction management services with over 120 professionals in six offices throughout California, and has an outstanding entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Consult with the clients, DSA and company design teams
- Travel to job sites
- Mentor junior staff

Job Requirements:
8-12 years relevant experience with projects (DSA).

Good understanding & application of the California Building Code.

Must be LEED Certified (or studying for it).

Understands consultant coordination and has the ability to act as a mediator between the demands of the client, DSA, and our own internal design team. The ideal candidate can sit in front of a client and speak intelligently about architecture and the problems at hand.

Seasoned detailer with various building materials, including concrete and steel.

Experienced in all phases from Schematic Design to Construction Administration.

Ability to attend construction job site meetings and handle themselves in front of Contractors and the Client

Well developed written and oral communication skills.

Must be a team-player.

CA Architectural license required.
