FULL SERVICE DESTINATION LOCATION GENERAL MANAGER WANTED
BoMA – The Bar of Modern Art is currently searching for a highly motivated leader with General Manager Experience, preferably in a high volume, event driven, full service atmosphere. Responsibilities include the development of dynamic service driven team, driving sales, ensuring outstanding guest experience, team member satisfaction, and strong bottom-line results while maintaining a very outgoing entrepreneurial environment.

- Ability to lead a diverse group of individuals to achieve common goals.
- Conduct performance appraisals, takes disciplinary actions, motivates and trains.
- Recruits great associates with positive, team-focused goals.
- Dedication to guest and associate satisfaction.
- Ensures food standards, food quality, and recipe adherence.
- Event promotions and execution creating a unique one-of-a-kind environment.
- Profit and Loss management through top line sales development, bottom line controls, inventory procedures, budget analysis, and forecasting models.
- Development of company standards on Safety & Health policies adheres to local health and safety codes, and company safety and security procedures are maintained.
- Ensures company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained through the development of a preventative maintenance program.
- Developer of an associate recognition, retention, and motivation efforts.
