WHAT ARE WE SEEKING FROM OUR CANDIDATES?
• Minimum of three years of retail mortgage origination experience
• Track record and ability to consistently close $750,000 or more each month
• A professional and consultative vs. transactional approach to our business
• Ability to develop business from existing external referral relationships in your market
