Job Description: Essential Functions: • Handle customer inquires in an effort to assist with providing accurate financial transaction services with efficiency and quality. • Access customer data via computer software and make necessary entries in order to complete process membership rewards and/or process financial transactions for products or services, input customer information, resolve problems and/or complaints, initiate or change service, process transactions, schedule call backs, etc. • Communicate with customer effectively and clearly, which requires excellent oral communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation). • Cope with and diffuse stressful situations, control direction of call with tact and diplomacy. • Use independent judgment, logic
Job Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED. • Minimum of 6 months “CUSTOMER SERVICE” experience preferred. • Ability to work a full-time – afternoon & evening shift – “some” weekend days required
