Job Description:
This position is for a Staff ERP Programmer Analyst. Perform SAP implementation and ABAP development support of systems with responsibilities to include: designing, developing, implementing and controlling the SAP modules, which include PS, MM, PP, WM, IM, FI and CO. There will be a significant number of interfaces with many legacy systems, to meet global and local legal/business requirements (ensuring all core business requirements are maintained, new business needs are proactively supported, and new SAP functionality delivers business benefits); comprehensive regression testing before changes are released to Production environments; liaison with other SAP Implementation Team members to maintain/apply coherent, optimized, integrated, and standardized processes; prepare comprehensive documentation required for all project aspects; prepare formal ABAP specification documentation as required; support the entire implementation effort during all project stages; comply with the global template approach within the organization; participate in SAP R/3 demonstrations as required; identify process specific risks and develop control objectives to ensure risks are adequately managed; evaluate interface and conversation process risks from an operational and systems perspective; identify control issues and provide viable control solutions; integrate with Security Controls resources to ensure control decisions are factored into business process design; test and document agreed controls solutions, prepare related training plans, and perform other related activities as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS:
= Expert in SAP implementations, with multiple SAP implementation experiences;
= Expert in the SAP modules PS, MM, PP, WM, IM;
= General awareness of broader ongoing SAP developments;
= Minimum of 4 yrs hands-on ABAP programming and configuration experience and
demonstrated programming skills in ABAP, BAPI, IDoc, ALE, EDI and SAPscript;
= Analytical skills;
= Problem solving skills;
= Organization skills;
= Demonstrated success in customer facing role(s);
= Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate detailed concepts, translating them into appropriate technical
specifications;
