A team of Masters candidates from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) is working on an evaluation of the R&S Program in China, and their report (due at the end of the Spring ’07 semester) will include a set of recommendations for the charity to institutionalize a system of evaluation for the R&S Program.
