The Rehab Director acts as the leader and manager of the rehab team for a specific facility. The Rehab Director has many responsibilities, which involve being the liaison between Consonus, the therapists and our customers. The Director ensures that Consonus policies and procedures are being carried out at the facility level. The qualified candidate will have an appropriate degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology. The qualified candidate will have at least three plus years of experience as a therapist, experience with the PPS and one or more years of supervisory experience. Consonus Rehab Services is a contract therapy company that sets up and runs therapy departments in skilled nursing facilities/long term campuses.
