Responsibilities: Establishment and documentation of corporate accounting policies and procedures in compliance with GAAP and SEC reporting Assist in the accounting due diligence process of our mergers and acquisitions, as well as the financial integration of new acquisitions Participate in the monthly analytical review and general ledger closing process Assist in the quarterly and annual financial statement review and financial reporting process Assist in the preparation of working papers required for the year-end audit process Ad-hoc reports and projectsQualifications: Skills/Education: CP A preferred BS degree in Accounting required Effective documentation, teamwork and communication skills are required Ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and be detail oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) PeopleSoftexperience is a plus.
