Responsibilities : This position will work in close collaboration with other members of the executive team. The individual in this role will track and monitor the performance of the programs against the program’s requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to strategic program design and innovation in order to maximize competitive position in the Medicare, Commercial and International healthcare markets. Requirements: Applicants should be an ASA or near-FSA with at least five (5) years of actuarial experience, with a focus on health care and and/or experience in the analysis of clinical programs. Applicants should also have seasoned communication skills, including verbal, interpersonal, written and negotiation competencies. Other qualifications include: Experience must include proven capabilities to develop, analyze and report information in a variety of settings with differing audiences.
