Responsibilities : Develop, maintain and oversee the creation of product experience databases for the timely preparation of product reporting analysis Manage the analysis, reporting and internal peer review of emerging product, customer and agent experience and behaviour Lead the process for establishment of product assumptions for future experience including the approval by the insurance risk committee Support the development of product spread monitoring tools working with Product Management Provide support to internal team members during peak times, particularly the valuation teams during financial reporting cycles Manage the human resources of the team for optimal cost and productivity. Requirements : Bachelor\'s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE: Five or more (5 ) years of life insurance actuarial experience. Two or more (2 ) years of team management experience. Strong knowledge of life and annuity products.
