We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed A&P Mechanic.

SUMMARY:
This position performs line maintenance functions of aircraft, (service checks, “A” and “B” checks, etc.) and ensures that the aircraft is maintained in an airworthy condition for all scheduled flights. The nature of this position requires on-time, regular and predictable attendance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Performs maintenance functions as necessary to assure aircraft are maintained in an airworthy condition and are ready for scheduled flights.
· Keeps familiar with current Airworthiness Directives, applicable FAR’s, Operations Specifications, Maintenance Manuals and revisions.
· Releases aircraft after scheduled service checks per applicable maintenance manuals.
· Performs scheduled maintenance and be prepared to take prompt action on unscheduled problems.
· Properly cares for and repairs, as necessary, all ground equipment, tools, vehicles, etc.
