Job Description:
Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rental location. Generates and increases business through forecasting and rate management in order to remain competitive in the marketplace while utilizing fleet at a profitable level. Identifies and responds to changes in customer's needs, perceptions, required product offering, etc. Serves as the customer service liaison for the assigned territory. Sets revenue goals and maintains a plan of action for achieving those goals. Ensures that Advantage customer service standards are being met and being the main contact for all customer service issues with that location. Responsible for overseeing the completion of all daily paperwork, fuel audits, vehicle inventories, bank deposits, collection efforts, callbacks, and reporting required from the location. Oversees and holds accountable all team members for the Incremental Service and Sales Program. Responsible for over seeing a training and development of team members at their location. Build and maintain business relationships within the market. Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework strongly preferred Previous airport rental car experienced strongly preferred Previous experience in sales strongly preferred Effective supervisory/management skills Must be articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deal effectively with the public Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast paced customer and team oriented work environment.
