Responsibilities : · Coordinates with the Director of Operations and Director of Training to establish and adhere to appropriate training requirements, revisions and scheduling. · Participates in interviewing, hiring and discipline of Crewmembers. Additionally, responsible for the annual review of all crewmembers. · Attend industry meetings as appropriate. · Administer all position, equipment, domicile changes and payroll changes as appropriate to Flight Crewmembers. · Act as pilot as required to maintain proficiency. Act as an instructor/check airman.
