Responsibilities : Develop schedules and budgets for all phases of assignments in keeping with contractual commitments. Monitors budget, schedule, and technical accomplishment. Has full technical and administrative responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments. Plans and develops projects concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major company programs. Requirements : A Bachelor's degree in Business or technical area is required. Must have 10 years experience as CM on a large project or many small projects in a company developing military products.
