Job Description:
Responsible for the operational integrity of delivering terminal services to customers including procedures, airspace, quality assurance and control, and safety systems and programs for the NAS. The environment is characterized by mission focus, customer service, and accountability for results. The incumbent will share accountability for executive leadership with the Vice President of Terminal Services. The incumbent will also provide executive-level business judgment and management experience in formulating strategic solutions for a customer base that includes: the public, aviation industry, the service partners of the Federal Aviation Administration, and the executive and legislative branches of the Federal Government.
