Job Description:
Located in Moreno Valley, Ecolite Manufacturing, a growing, innovative, leading edge, and technology driven manufacturer of eco-friendly wall systems is currently seeking a Design Integrator to join its team!
Reporting the Project Manager, this position is primarily charged with providing direction and development of the Project Design Team that integrates conceptual drawings and final construction in providing the most efficient and cost effective Ecolite design. This includes working with design teams and Ecolite modelers to integrate and streamline the design process from A&E drawings to modeling drawings. Other duties include: Overseeing the creation of shop drawings to insure accuracy and consistency with architectural and structural design documents; Manage the shop drawing review process with project design professionals and contractors; Provide oversight of the manufacturing process to insure proper implementation of the shop drawings; Develop and catalog standards Ecolite details; Foster solid relationships with each Project Management staff and the project design team and become familiar with their behavior style, strengths and opportunities; Standardize the modeling process to achieve targeted results; Review and approve modeling drawings prior to fabrication.
Requires 4 year degree in a technical discipline; 2-4 years minimum experience in design and construction; Ability to read and interpret building plans; Knowledge of Keymark software a plus; AutoCAD; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Working knowledge of Tekla and Revit software preferred.
