Job Description:
We are currently seeking the expertise of an Interior Designer, with a specialization in Federal Government requirements. This is a contract opportunity for an Interior Designer to provide professional and technical advice and expertise on fit-up, swing-space and new construction projects. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on ensuring and improving the quality of services provided to all Canadians

As the ideal candidate, you will possess:
• Designation as an Interior Designer
• Enhanced Security Clearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience providing Interior Design services on Federal Government buildings
• Ability to provide guidance and direction to other technical staff
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with millwork

Job Requirements:
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Providing Interior Design services for various construction projects of Federal Government Buildings
• Being a key point of contact for Project Architects, Senior Interior Designers, Engineers and various stakeholders
• Providing guidance on management of projects, including report writing
• Communicating with various suppliers
