Objective:
A job that utilizes my abilities, experiences, and will provide permanent stable employment until retirement.

Experience:

When it comes to roofing I’ve mastered all composition products, shakes, shingles, metal, p.v.c, torchdown, etc. In remodeling I’ve done pressure washing, drywall, built walls, demolition, siding, counter flashing kits, installed skylights, fascia, gutters, downspouts, put in sinks, toilets, windows, doors, Pergo snap together floors, v.c.t, marble, and ceramic tiles and painting. I can install gas stoves ,dishwashers and most appliances.

I have built a third floor addition and created bathrooms. I have minimal carpet and electrician experience, but I’m looking forward to learning more in these fields.

Skills:

I’m a highly skilled and well-trained journeyman with good work ethics. I can delegate authority, and can run jobs smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. I roofed for 15 years and was a crew leader for 8 of those years, breaking down the piecework money for the crew, making material list, calling in load slots, running the jobs, and collecting the money. From steep to flat, and residential to commercial. The majority of the companies I worked for were roofing and remodeling jobs. So when roofing was slow I would work with the remodelers. I found I enjoyed this type of construction more, and started working for this field exclusively the last 2- years. I have also completed a 2-year home inspection course and have a certificate of completion in this field.
