Licensed property and casualty agent seeks service/sales position.


Experience:
* Licensed property and casualty agent for Commonwealth of Virginia
* Extensive customer service background
* Employed by GEICO for five years
* proficient in use of GEICO software ( willing & able to learn others)
* hold several non resident P&C licenses for other states (WV & MD included)

*Provide superior customer service to existing policy holders in a call center environment.
*Ensure clients are aware of the importance of being adequately covered.
*Process endorsements contingent on policy holder requests, ( add/remove vehicle, add driver, verify coverage, etc).
*Encourage clients to increase limits of liability if needs be.

* 2001 High School Equivalency test
* Have completed several training seminars through Cundiff & Associates
* Completed sales training for GEICO’s personal umbrella product
