· Opened over 60 specialty stores. Involved in each from site selection to the ribbon cutting.
· Implemented overnight recovery in Macy’s Staten Island store during holiday and peak seasons.
· Managed daily merchandising during total store renovation while at Macy’s, increasing sales during the renovation period.
