Plant Manager, 1995 – 2000 Managed a 110 employee facility that produced various models of equipment consisting of large fabrications (316L stainless and carbon steel) as well as machine parts from castings and assembly. Processes included tig and mig welding, CNC machining and assembly. Supervised 6 managers which covered purchasing, shipping, plant accounting, human resource, industrial engineering and production management.
