Objective: Senior Interface Technician with over 16+ years of progressive experience and knowledge in electronics. Maintenance of assembly and customer files. Evaluation and repair of customer returns/warranty returns as well as in house repairs to on-line interface products when necessary. Experience: Knowledge of components of different types of Load boards (PMBs, PCBs) with the ability to interpret drawings for assembles. Repair and testing of load boards to customers specification. Responsible for the assembly of interface products and general maintenance of PMB ' s and Moes. Evaluate and price repairs of PMB (Printed Mother Boards) and Moe Cables. Desoldering and replacing parts. Repairing and maintaining Lightbox/PMB (Printed Mother Boards) Cables. Testing repaired products. Involved in customer contact as well as having input on new designs and changes to current products. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, mechanical drawings, specifications, instruction manuals and maps. Build and repair different types of cable and Moe assemblies. Assemble different types of stingray assemblies and J750 towers assemblies. Assemble different types of Interfaces, Pogo types to cable (wire) types. Use of Multimeter, Calipers, Micrometers, High gages, Plug gages, and 1-2-3 blocks. Trained to quality check work before leaving my station.
