I have been in the banking/mortgage Industry for the past 21 years. I have done all facets of the profession, which include underwriting, sales, underwriting management, sales management, quality control and human resources. My strengths include my relationships with people, my work ethic, energy, drive and determination. I have had my own business (Mortgage Company) for the past seven years. I have averaged over four hundred thousand in income over that period and have received numerous awards from banks that I have had relationships with and have done business with (I can bring proof of both of these items when we meet in person).
As you know, it is a very tough time in the mortgage industry. The expenses have gone up dramatically and the number of applicants that we can place with lenders has been reduced drastically. For these reasons I am looking for a change. I could be a tremendous asset to your bank in a number of different ways. My main strength is my ability to direct and lead people, and to bring energy and cohesiveness to any department that I would by leading, my salary requirements are negotiable.
