process, resulting in 383 new doors at $95,750
street sales for Division. Managed Utah hub to
launch, facilitate and summarize weekly DSC
conference calls, resulting in 73 New Doors, 111%
of goal, with 43 expanded doors for an additional
$13,250 in street sales.

Innovated with West Division management team
Personal Slush Fund to align with corporate spiff
procedures to target specific monthly promotions
encouraging 100% individual sell thru at street
level. PSF seeded market for future sales as well as
reduced overall cost to promotional accounts.

+Malyís 5 State September 2007 - June 4, 2008
Created, implemented, coordinated and facilitated
interactive sales meetings and implemented action
plans from monthly planning meetings to
correspond with company objectives resulting in a
6% increase. Managed fuel budget of $33,000 to
achieve 2008 goal of $3,226,00 in street sales.

Museum of Art May 12, 2008
Innovated, staffed, coordinated distributor, Brand
and education support, coordinated all orders,
managed and executed prep and event days. Run
time of five hours entailing runway show,
education, lunch and $75 gift of product. Event
focused on existing and new users with 171 actual
attendees that resulted in 50 new doors through
YTD June 13, 2008.

+Global Academy Distributor Program
Fulfilled distributor ticket allocation in 2007
($45,000 ticket revenue) and 2008 ($67,500 ticket
revenue) by building exclusive packages.
Exclusives included welcome reception, attendee
gift and free goods order. Sold in concept into
distributor, sourced hotel for attendee room block,
created all selling materials together with DSC
incentives. Implemented, launched and drove
ticket sales resulting in 100% sell out in 2007
and YTD 2008 33% sell thru on track for 100%.

Managed location sourcing, budgeting, negotiated
distributor and manufacturer responsibilities,
coordinated marketing support to field event,
staffing, talent booking, model agency booking,
hosting and closing out budgets from store class
