Successfully managed data center remodel and improvements for a national construction consulting firm specializing in construction litigation, and forensics. Reported directly to the firms’ general manager, functioning in dual roles as project manager and working superintendent. Converted large multi unit industrial space to accommodate server farm, data storage, and disaster recovery data center. Regional union wall systems contractor with focus on large-scale commercial, industrial, residential, and government projects. After completion of Journeyman School I developed a number of successful working relationships within the company and quickly earned additional responsibilities and advancement to Lead Man then Foreman positions. Leveraging professional work habits, and leading by example enabled me to successfully motivate, manage, and supervise union work crews numbering up to 45 men at a time, while delivering quality work, within budget. Projects included a number of state and federal facilities, public works, multi family residential, and government housing projects, as well as a variety of public medical facilities, clean room environments and secure facilities.

Pacific Maritime Association operates a variety a number of international cargo carriers, terminal operators and stevedores that operate at West Coast ports. Responsibilities include a variety of administrative and worksite related support of large-scale containerized cargo movement. Successfully completed union safety training certifications and OSHA coursework relevant to a number of successive job level advancements. Worksite related duties include an ongoing workmanlike knowledge of the operation, safety procedures, and policies relevant to terminal used equipment. Other administrative duties focus on ensuring company policies and documentation policies are followed and that all OSHA, ISO and DOT requirements are met and that records are kept to compliance standards.
