Accountable for management of special projects, streamlining processes, creating work-flows and supporting documentation, training and implementation of system enhancements and process improvements, procuring goods and services for 140+ associates, training and on-boarding of new associates and contractors, and management of 5 server shares. • Assisted Controller in conducting financial audits, analysis, and reporting for a $21/ml annual budget which resulted in a overall reduction of the annual budget to 84% of planned expenses, identified committed and non-committed dollars, projected annual and monthly forecasts within five cents of actual expenses, and project dollars to be allocated more accountably.
• Created and implemented process improvements for the processing of business related travel expenses for 45+ associates which resulted in an annual 25% cost savings.
• Managed financial reports and on-boarding of external contractors which allowed for an overall cost reduction of 25% of allocated dollars.
• Managed procurement needs for 140+ associates which resulted in a reduction in departmental costs for general supplies, hardware, and software by $88K annually.
• Implemented a process by which I supported all non-standard software and hardware loads which were inclusive of testing corporate upgrades prior to deployment. This reduced overall downtime from 20% a month to less than 2% within 30 days of implementation and the roll out of software upgrades were seamless.
• Managed desk assignments, floor moves, and created a work environment which allowed for diversity and community based collaboration for informal team socialization.
• Developed and implemented process improvements and related procedures so as to streamline the Do Not Mail/Contact process. This was adopted corporate wide and produced a $2.5/ml cost reduction in vendor related costs.
• Consulted with IT service groups to correct system reports and created a process by which suppression files are directly fed into the Data Warehouse for an annual cost reduction of $1/ml..
• Served on the Corporate Diversity Team which met monthly to discuss topics related to Diversity within the company and how outside social issues impact business strategy and the internal collaboration among associates.

Assisted Controller to meet legal requirements for a lawsuit remedy. This was inclusive of internal audits, reconciliation of budgets, and providing supporting documentation and training for processes improvements and related system applications.
• Successfully completed internal audit 6 months prior to the expected due date. This resulted in a corporate policy to barcode all incoming assets for cost management, accountability of asset whereabouts, and to allow for a more streamlined asset audit.
