• Manage day-to-day operational functions of Leisure Direct Inc., Olympic Pools and Capital First.

Director of Operations-Clark Mfg, d/b/a/ Sundance Spas 1987-1998

Located in Chino, California, Sundance is one of the largest spa and spa electronic manufacturers in the world. Was responsible for all departments of the company and played a key supporting roll in Sales and Marketing.

• Responsible for up to over 400 associates including a successful management staff of 10 at multiple facilities.
• Responsible for developing and administering a budget of over $60 million.
• Spearheaded Sundance Spas to become the first spa manufacturer in the world to achieve ISO 9000 Certification, a worldwide recognition of quality.

Manufacturing Manager-Printronix 1979-1987

Located in Irvine, California, Printronix is publicly held world-wide manufacturer and distributor of matrix dot and laser printers. Was responsible for all manufacturing operations in three facilities.
