Objective:
My objective is to share and apply the skills I
have acquired in the building business and to help
accomplish the goals of the company with which I
am affiliated, producing high end results. I have
extensive experience in the construction business,
starting as an apprentice in a cabinet shop and
progressing to ownership of my own cabinet shop,
working as a finish carpenter and framer, moving
on to become a licensed General Contractor, during
which time I have accumulated extensive
professional knowledge in all facets of the
construction business.

Experience:
My experience is in the new construction of
custom homes, multi-family units, extensive
residential remodeling projects, commercial /
industrial new and tenant improvement, medical
center build out and renovations, asbestos
abatement and earthquake retrofit. I have managed
at any given time, 25 to 30 workers.

I am qualified for this position due to my
considerable knowledge of the construction
business, my communication skills (conversant in
Spanish as well) and my assurance that the work
under my supervision and carrying the name of
