I have prepared a list of my accomplishments which demonstrate my value to the company.

1. Successfully split our Manufacturing to include LBL which resulted in improved product quality, faster production cycles and increased cash flow.
2. Successfully recruited additional installers with high quality installations---went from 4 to 12 installers which increased speed of service and turn time for both job completion and increased revenue.
3. Secured additional finance companies—went from 2 to 7. Decreased bank declines from 15% to 7.9%.
3. A Initiated 1st Security Bank wire transfer to speed up cash flow.
4. Secured Contractors Recovery Service for collection and litigation of delinquent accounts. Recovering 66% of past due accounts.
5. Took the initiative to hire a Finance Manager resulting in less bank declines---Current status from 7.9% declines to 1.5% based on 2007 #.s. This will result in an additional net of 4 million in revenue for the company.
6. Reduced hold status from $1,200,000,00 monthly average to $250,000.00 monthly average. Reducing project cancellations and increasing cash flow.
7. Reduced installation time from 12 weeks to average14 days in Oregon and reduced job completion time from 12 weeks to 4 weeks average in Washington. Increased cash flow, commissions paid faster.
8. Reduced critical measure time from 37 days to 7 days. Reduced job cancellations.

17. Instrumental in retaining sales staff by reducing time for commissions from 16 weeks to 4.1 weeks in Washington and 2 weeks in Oregon.
19. Recognized poor performance and terminated administrative staff who performed their job tasks poorly. Hired competent dedicated people.
