· Developed and launched a comprehensive media strategy yearly to the trade and end consumer to achieve buy-in and sell-through as well as maximizing brand awareness and loyalty.
· Originated and implemented all new product and color development from conceptualization to launch.
· Directed creative services and designers in the development of product packaging, brochures, trade presenters, POP material, and other collateral and sales tools to support the brand.
· Initiated promotions to support the brand’s premium image and measured the ROI to ensure profitability and success.
· Conducted market research and analysis including preparation of monthly reports showing trends and sales results for the Cast Iron category.
· Evaluated competitive environment and established pricing strategy to maintain competitive position.
· Collaborated with key customer accounts and the Sales Division to enhance product assortments, differentiate trade channels, and develop promotions to exceed the end-consumer expectations.
· Headed office communications with a Public Relations firm to plan upcoming events, communicate launches, and interview with reporters from various media types.
· Recruited and coached four Assistant Brand Managers which were then promoted to Brand Manager and given their own categories to manage in less than a 1 – 2 year time period.

Selected Contributions:

· Initiated multiple new product development projects to stimulate product line growth; managed over 30 new product files in various stages of development, contributing 15% on average in sales.
· Worked closely with the sales force to achieve double-digit growth in Cast Iron year-over-year: 39% in 2002, 17%=2003, 19%=2004, 37%=2005, 34%=2006, and 13%=2007.
