Experience: Experience August 1995 – July 2004 Maron Electric Company/Maron Electronic Switching Systems Skokie, IL Controller Managed all accounting operations and a staff of 10 people. Retrained and created system efficiencies allowing the organization to add three entities, double its revenue size without any increases in staff. Made part owner of one of three start-up companies I helped to create. Negotiated cash discounts with major vendors. Revamped safety program saving ten of thousands of dollars.
